CenterOne’s contract entry system was built with wide-ranging check and balance features to provide
our clients with peace of mind. Every contract must pass extensive edits for balancing and credit
evaluation requirements. The contract entry system interfaces with the credit evaluation system to
automatically match approved credit criteria to executed contract information. Discrepancies are
automatically identified and queued for re-decisioning. CenterOne’s contract entry system and processes
also support multiple funding options including ACH, drafts and checks.
